For optimal performance, pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to these rigorous standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Any deviation or use of alternative pipe types requires explicit authorization by WAVE, to maintain the integrity and reliability of our connections.
WAVE joints are predominantly fabricated from superior materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and robust performance across various applications.
Our joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal, enduring temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C under a maximum pressure of 15bar. The joint's threaded part seal adheres to the stringent regulations of ISO 6149 and DIN 3852, guaranteeing exceptional performance.
