Stock Orders: minimum is 100pcs.
Q:Do you provide custom packaging?
A:Yes. Our standard packaging is 1 pieces per carton, but custom packaging is also available, Q:MOQ 200pcs are requested for making film and carton production.
Q:What is the delivery time for bulk order?
A:Bulk order delivery in 30-40 business days, depending on order volume.
Q:Can you customize products?
A:Yes, we can provide logo printing, specific label, different lamp housing color, PCB, LED driver changes, higher surge protector, smart control accessories, to fit for different customers requests.
Q:What certificates do you have?
A:We have ENEC, CE(LVD,EMC), CB, RoHS, LM79, TM21, certificate & reports. And our factory pass ISO90001, ISO14001 certificates. Our light products are 5 years warranty. Each batch of goods are inspected 100% before delivery.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:30% TT in advance, 70% balance before shipment preferred, L/C or other payment up to discussion.
