To ensure optimal performance, all pipe tolerances and characteristics are required to adhere meticulously to these standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. No alternative pipe types may be employed without express prior authorization from WAVE.
WAVE joints boast superior manufacturing, utilizing premium materials such as EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability.
The anticipated thermal tight seal ranges from an impressive +100°C to a chilling -40°C, enduring a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The threaded part of the joint guarantees a seal in strict compliance with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards.
Expertly designed for air applications, the joint's usage with alternate fluids or gases requires explicit authorization from WAVE, ensuring safety and integrity.
