For optimal performance, pipe tolerances and attributes must adhere to specific standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Alternative pipe types can only be employed with prior authorization from WAVE, ensuring unparalleled compliance with rigorous quality benchmarks.
Our state-of-the-art WAVE joints are predominantly manufactured using premium materials: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These materials guarantee superior durability and performance across diverse applications.
Engineered to withstand extreme conditions, the threads boast an estimated thermal tight seal integrity between +100°C to -40°C with a maximum pressure tolerance of 15bar. The threaded joint sealing meets the impeccable standards of ISO 6149 and DIN 3852, ensuring unmatched reliability.
Purposely designed for air usage, the joint is not suitable for other fluids or gases unless expressly permitted by WAVE, maintaining optimal safety and functionality.
