The pipe specifications and properties must adhere strictly to the following prestigious standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Utilizing other pipe types is not permissible without prior authorization from WAVE, assuring quality and performance consistency.
WAVE joints are predominantly crafted using premium materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. This selection guarantees durability and reliability in various applications.
The thermal tight seal of the threads is impressively rated between +100°C and -40°C, with a maximum pressure capacity of 15bar. The joint's threaded parts conform to the esteemed ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring unrivaled sealing integrity.
Designed specifically for air applications, this joint is not suitable for use with other fluids or gases unless expressly authorized by WAVE, maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality.
