For optimal performance, pipe tolerances and characteristics are required to rigorously adhere to standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Any deviation or use of other pipe types mandates prior authorization by WAVE, guaranteeing reliability and safety.
WAVE joints are predominantly constructed using superior materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, promising longevity and resilience even under demanding conditions.
Boasting an estimated thermal tight seal, the joints withstand temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure threshold of 15 bar. The joint's threaded part seal aligns with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring robust performance.
Specially engineered for air applications, the joint is unsuitable for use with other fluids or gases unless explicitly approved by WAVE, emphasizing safety and specialized functionality.
