To ensure optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must rigorously adhere to the following standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of alternative pipe types is prohibited unless expressly authorized by WAVE, safeguarding precision and safety.
WAVE joints are meticulously crafted from premium materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring robust construction and enduring performance.
The threads of the WAVE joints boast an estimated thermal seal efficacy between +100°C and -40°C, with a maximum pressure capacity of 15bar. This exceptional seal adheres to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring dependable and secure installation.
