To ensure optimal performance, it is imperative that pipe tolerances and characteristics adhere strictly to the standards set forth by DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of alternative pipe types is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization is obtained from WAVE, guaranteeing product integrity and safety.
Crafted with precision, WAVE joints are typically composed of the following high-quality materials: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, NBR. These materials are selected for their superior durability and performance.
The joint's thermal tight seal is engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, supporting a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring a robust and reliable sealing mechanism.
Specifically designed for air applications, this joint is unsuitable for other fluids or gases unless explicit authorization is granted by WAVE. This restriction ensures optimal performance and safety in designated applications.
