Any deviation or use of alternative pipe types requires prior approval from WAVE to maintain the integrity and functionality of the product.
WAVE joints are precision-engineered using top-tier materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. This meticulous selection ensures durability, longevity, and consistent performance in diverse conditions.
Remarkably robust, the joint's thermal tight seal stands firm between a wide temperature range of +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure endurance of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint complies impeccably with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, underscoring its reliability and excellence.
