Crafted with precision, WAVE joints are typically constructed from premium materials such as EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. Each material is chosen to ensure unparalleled durability and reliability.
Our advanced joint design features an estimated thermal tight seal that withstands temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, at a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres to the rigorous standards of ISO 6149 and DIN 3852, guaranteeing a secure and robust seal.
Specialized for air use, the joint's design is not suitable for other fluids or gases unless expressly authorized by WAVE, ensuring optimal performance and safety in designated applications.
