For optimum performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of any alternative pipe type requires prior authorization from WAVE to maintain the integrity and functionality of the system.
WAVE joints are expertly crafted using premium materials, including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring superior durability and performance across a range of applications.
Our joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal, withstanding temperatures from +100°C to -40°C and with a maximum pressure threshold of 15 bar. The joint's threaded part is in full compliance with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, guaranteeing a secure and reliable connection.
Specifically engineered for air applications, this joint is unsuitable for use with other fluids or gases unless WAVE provides explicit authorization, underscoring our commitment to safety and product integrity.
