For optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must rigorously adhere to the exacting standards of DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Please note, alternative pipe types require explicit authorization from WAVE to ensure compatibility.
WAVE joints are precision-manufactured using premier materials: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, providing unparalleled durability and reliability.
The extraordinary thermal sealing capabilities of the joints are rated between +100°C to -40°C, withstanding a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded part's seal adheres to the stringent regulations of ISO 6149 and DIN 3852.
Designed specifically for air applications, the joint is unsuitable for other fluids or gases unless WAVE provides specific authorisation, ensuring safety and efficiency in its intended use.
