To maintain peak performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following industry standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. The use of alternative pipe types is not permissible unless expressly authorized by WAVE, guaranteeing unmatched precision and compatibility.
WAVE joints are expertly crafted using top-grade materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and high-performance under varied conditions.
Engineered for exceptional performance, the thermal tight seal of the threads is estimated to withstand temperatures from +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure capacity of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint complies with stringent standards set by ISO 6149 and DIN 3852, assuring robust and reliable sealing.
Designed specifically for air use, this joint is unsuitable for other fluids or gases unless explicit authorization is obtained from WAVE, ensuring safety and optimal functionality in its intended application.
