The Wave rapid connection joints are meticulously engineered to work seamlessly with 11/12 (Rilsan), 10/12 polyamide, or elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. Inspired by market demands, WAVE has innovatively crafted a versatile joint capable of pipe recovery post-insertion, embodying both efficiency and reliability.
To achieve optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following industry standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of other pipe types is only permissible with prior authorization from WAVE, ensuring quality and precision.
WAVE joints are predominantly manufactured using high-grade materials, including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, selected for their durability and performance.
The thermal seal integrity of the threads is remarkably effective, withstanding temperatures between +100°C and -40°C, and a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The joint's threaded part seal is compliant with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, guaranteeing reliability under extreme conditions.
Specially designed for air applications, the joint is not suitable for other fluids or gases unless specifically authorized by WAVE, ensuring safety and optimal performance tailored to its intended use.
