To ensure optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere to the following rigorous standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Any deviation from these specified pipe types requires explicit prior authorization by WAVE, guaranteeing compatibility and reliability.
WAVE joints are meticulously manufactured using only the finest materials, including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These premium materials ensure durability and performance that stand the test of time, making them the gold standard in their category.
Our joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal capability, performing flawlessly within a temperature range from +100°C to -40°C, under a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres strictly to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring unmatched reliability and safety.
