Crafted with precision, WAVE joints utilize superior materials such as EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. This selection guarantees robust performance and durability under diverse operational conditions.
These joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure threshold of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint is designed in compliance with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852, ensuring steadfast sealing integrity.
