It is imperative for pipe tolerances and characteristics to adhere strictly to the standards of DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Any deviation or alternative pipe types require prior authorization from WAVE.
WAVE joints are predominantly fabricated from superior materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance.
The innovative thread design offers a thermal tight seal ranging from +100°C to -40°C, withstanding a maximum pressure of 15bar. This quality seal is in full compliance with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, reinforcing its reliability.
