The Wave rapid connection joints are ingeniously crafted to seamlessly integrate with 11/12 (Rilsan) and 10/12 polyamide or elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. In response to the evolving market demands, WAVE has innovatively engineered a singular joint that remarkably recovers the pipe post-insertion.
To maintain optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following exacting standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Use of any other pipe type is prohibited unless expressly authorized by WAVE.
WAVE joints are predominantly crafted with superior materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and reliability.
The threads of our joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal, rated to withstand temperatures ranging between +100°C and -40°C, with a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The threaded section adheres to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards to guarantee exceptional sealing performance.
Exclusively engineered for air use, these joints should not be used with other fluids or gases unless specific authorization is granted by WAVE.
