To maintain optimal performance and durability, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere to strict standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Use of any other pipe type requires prior authorization from WAVE to ensure safety and compatibility.
WAVE joints are crafted from superior materials, including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring reliability and longevity for your applications.
Our joints boast an impressive thermal tight seal range from +100°C down to -40°C, withstanding a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threading complies with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, offering assurance of robust sealing under various conditions.
