Inspired by market demands, WAVE crafted a singular joint that seamlessly recovers the pipe post-insertion, offering superior functionality and reliability.
To ensure peak performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of other pipe types is permitted only with explicit authorization from WAVE, guaranteeing uncompromised quality and safety.
WAVE joints are predominantly crafted from high-grade materials such as EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These materials ensure the durability and longevity of the joints in various applications.
Expect an exceptional thermal tight seal of the threads, functioning seamlessly from +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure capacity of 15bar. The joint's threaded part meets the stringent ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring reliability under high stress.
Engineered specifically for air use, the joint's design prohibits its application with other fluids or gases, unless special authorization is obtained from WAVE, ensuring product integrity and performance reliability.
