The innovative Wave rapid connection joints are meticulously crafted for compatibility with 11/12 (Rilsan), 10/12 polyamide, or elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. Responding to dynamic market demands, WAVE has ingeniously engineered a singular joint capable of reclaiming the pipe post-insertion.
To maintain impeccable performance, ensure pipe tolerances and characteristics comply strictly with: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844 standards. Usage of alternative pipe types is restricted unless expressly authorized by WAVE.
WAVE joints boast construction from premium materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and reliability.
The thermal tight seal of the threads is robustly engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, with a maximum pressure resilience of 15bar. The joint's threaded section adhering to the stringent ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards.
Specifically crafted for air, this joint is not suitable for other fluids or gases without direct authorization from WAVE, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
