Crafted with precision, WAVE joints are predominantly composed of top-tier materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and longevity.
The joints boast an exceptional thermal tight seal, maintained between +100°C and -40°C with a maximum pressure endurance of 15bar. This thermal integrity aligns with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, assuring top-tier performance under extreme conditions.
