To maintain the highest standards, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following specifications: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. No other pipe types are permissible unless expressly authorized by WAVE, guaranteeing unmatched compatibility and reliability.
WAVE joints are expertly manufactured using premium materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and performance.
Boasting impressive resilience, the thermal tight seal of the threads is rated for temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C, withstanding a maximum pressure of 15bar. The joint's threaded part seal meets the rigorous standards of ISO 6149 and DIN 3852.
Designed exclusively for air applications, the joints are not suitable for other fluids or gases unless explicitly approved by WAVE, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
