Crafted with precision, WAVE joints are predominantly produced using superior materials: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These materials are meticulously selected to ensure durability and high performance in demanding conditions.
Our advanced joint technology boasts an impressive thermal tight seal, reliably operating between +100°C and -40°C with a maximum pressure capacity of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres to stringent ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, promising exceptional sealing integrity.
