The Wave rapid connection joints are ingeniously crafted for seamless integration with 11/12 (Rilsan), 10/12 polyamide, or elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. Driven by market demands, WAVE has innovatively devised a universal joint that ensures the pipe can be effortlessly reclaimed post-insertion.
To guarantee optimal functionality, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere stringently to the following standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of any alternative pipe types is subject to prior authorization from WAVE.
WAVE joints are predominantly crafted from high-grade materials including: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and reliability.
The threads' estimated thermal tight seal ranges between +100°C and -40°C, sustaining a maximum pressure of 15 bar. The joint's threaded part assures conformity with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 regulations, offering unmatched precision and safety.
Engineered for air applications, the joint is not suitable for other fluids or gases unless expressly authorized by WAVE, reaffirming our commitment to specialized usage and safety.
