Introducing the Wave rapid connection joints, ingeniously crafted to work seamlessly with 11/12 (Rilsan), 10/12 polyamide, or elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. In response to evolving market demands, WAVE has ingeniously developed a unique joint capable of recovering the pipe post-insertion, setting a new standard in joint technology.
For optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere rigorously to the following standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. The use of any alternate pipe type requires prior authorization from WAVE to ensure compatibility and safety.
WAVE joints are meticulously manufactured using premium materials including: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. This precise selection of materials guarantees exceptional reliability and durability.
Our joints boast a thermal tight seal, meticulously tested between the extremes of +100°C and -40°C, with a maximum pressure threshold of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring robust and secure connections.
Specifically engineered for air applications, the joint is unsuitable for other fluids or gases unless explicitly authorized by WAVE, assuring optimal and safe performance in its intended environment.
