To ensure optimal performance and compatibility, the pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere strictly to the following standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. The use of any other type of pipe is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by WAVE.
Crafted with precision, WAVE joints are typically manufactured using top-tier materials like EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring durability and reliability in every connection.
The joints promise an estimated thermal tight seal that withstands temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C under a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded seal of the joint complies flawlessly with ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring leak-proof performance.
