For optimal performance, it is vital that the pipe tolerances and characteristics align precisely with these standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Usage of any other pipe type is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained from WAVE.
WAVE's joints epitomize quality and durability, crafted from premium materials including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR, ensuring robust performance and longevity.
Experience unwavering reliability with our joints, which boast an estimated thermal tight seal range of +100°C to -40°C, withstanding a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint adheres stringently to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, ensuring a secure fit.
