For optimal performance, pipe tolerances and characteristics must adhere to strict standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. We emphasize that no alternative pipe types should be utilized unless expressly authorized by WAVE, ensuring safety and performance.
WAVE joints are crafted using premium materials to ensure robustness and longevity, including EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These materials are selected with precision to deliver top-notch performance.
Experience superior thermal tight sealing with our joints, designed to withstand temperatures ranging from +100°C to -40°C under a maximum pressure of 15bar. The threaded part of the joint meets ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, guaranteeing a secure and reliable seal.
