The innovative Wave rapid connection joints have been meticulously crafted to cater to 11/12 (Rilsan), 10/12 polyamide, or cutting-edge elastomeric polyester (Hyltrel) pipes. For optimal performance, the pipe tolerances and attributes must rigorously adhere to these standards: DIN 74324, DIN 73378, ISO 7628, and SAE J844. Other pipe types are incompatible unless expressly authorized by WAVE, ensuring safety and integrity.
WAVE joints are expertly crafted using premium materials: EN 12164 CW614 N (CuZn39Pb3), EN 12165 CW617 N (CuZn40Pb2), PA 66 GF30, PA 6.10 GF30, EPDM, and NBR. These materials ensure durability and superior performance in demanding conditions.
The joints boast an impressive estimated thermal tight seal, functioning efficiently between +100°C and -40°C with a maximum pressure tolerance of 15bar. The seal conforms to ISO 6149 and DIN 3852 standards, promising reliability under pressure.
Engineered specifically for air use, the joint ensures optimal performance and safety. Usage with other fluids/gases requires explicit authorization from WAVE to guarantee compatibility and compliance.
